Good Moments at a Wonderful Hotel

Jo and Dayna at reception are always friendly, it makes arrival a pleasure. The chefs Mark, Rob, Carl, and Jack prepare amazing meals with fresh ingredients. Tash in the restaurant is attentive and Alex, the restaurant manager, ensures everything is perfect. I feel so welcomed with every visit.
I noticed a small stain on the carpet in the hallway, though it was very minor.

the staff were lovely i found. my king room had modern decor plus it included tea and coffee making facilities, what a gift. a buffet breakfast ensured a good start to my days.

Excellent Stay Near the M1

The staff were very friendly. Dayna at reception was helpful. Our room was immaculate. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel offers convenient access to the Peak District, Mansfield, and Nottingham. This location helped me explore surrounding areas. Breakfast provided an excellent choice of food items.
The room had curtains with gaps. I found this disturbing as a solo female guest. Securing them required using my luggage and a chair.

There is ample parking available on the premises. The hotel has been refurbished to a very high standard. Modern decorations and comfortable furniture add to the appealing appearance.

All staff members were efficient and kind. The restaurant team, led by Holly, was friendly. Denise and Marilyn provided excellent service at breakfast. The bar service from Harvey was excellent!!!

The buffet breakfast had a HUGE selection of items available. The room was large and comfortable, and it included both a bath and a shower in a large bathroom.
The mattresses and pillows were not comfortable. The noise went with the territory because I stayed on a Saturday night and the hotel was busy.
